1Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the spider88 website, all associated pages, gaming software, mobile interfaces and any other digital services provided under the spider88 brand.
• "Member" or "you" means any individual who has successfully completed the registration process and holds an active spider88 account.

• "Wallet" or "Account Balance" refers to the funds held in a Member's spider88 account for the purpose of placing bets or wagers.
• "Bonus Wallet" refers to promotional credits held separately from the Main Wallet, subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "Applicable Law" refers to any legislation, regulation, directive, guideline or code of conduct applicable to online gaming and financial transactions in the jurisdiction governing the Member's use of the Platform.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Clause headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.

2Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The spider88 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. spider88 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement is not satisfied. Any winnings generated on an account held by an underage individual shall be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one (1) active spider88 account. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, contact details, payment methods or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. spider88 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all bets and wagers placed on duplicate accounts, and confiscate any associated balances.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

Members must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and must update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds. spider88 may require documentary verification of identity, address and payment method at any time.

2.4 Restricted Jurisdictions

spider88 does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by local law. It is the Member's sole responsibility to determine whether their use of the spider88 Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. Access to the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction does not constitute an acceptance of registration or service obligation by spider88.

3Account Security and Responsibility

Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their spider88 account credentials, including username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — including all bets, wagers, deposits and withdrawals — shall be deemed authorised by you and shall be binding on you, regardless of whether such activity was conducted by you personally.

If you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your spider88 account, you must notify spider88 support immediately. spider88 cannot be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Member failed to take reasonable precautions to safeguard their login credentials or failed to report the breach without undue delay.

spider88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account. Failure to enable available security features does not diminish the Member's liability for activity conducted on their account.

4Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

4.1 Deposits

spider88 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which include but are not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. spider88 does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own fees independently.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification. spider88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. spider88 aims to process standard withdrawal requests within four (4) hours, though processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

spider88 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. The Platform may require enhanced due diligence for large transactions. Funds deposited to a spider88 account must originate from a payment method in the Member's own name. spider88 reserves the right to freeze accounts and report suspicious transaction activity to relevant authorities in accordance with its legal obligations.

5Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

spider88 offers various promotional bonuses to its Members from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and reload bonuses. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Promotional bonuses are credited to the Bonus Wallet and are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal. Wagering requirements are stated in full on each promotion's terms page.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times on eligible games before any withdrawal from the Bonus Wallet is permitted. The contribution percentage of each game type toward wagering requirements is displayed on the relevant promotion page.
• Spider88 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions already in progress will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of opt-in.
• Members may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts will result in all bonuses being voided.
• Spider88 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and associated winnings if fraudulent behaviour, bonus abuse or collusion is detected.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the spider88 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product (sportsbook, live casino or slots). These rules are available within each product section of the Platform. General provisions applicable to all products include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. spider88 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in cases of clear and verifiable technical error originating from the spider88 system.
• In the event of a system error, network interruption or software malfunction, spider88 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. spider88 is not obligated to honour bets placed at erroneous odds resulting from a technical fault.
• Winnings from sports bets are calculated based on the odds displayed at the time the bet was placed and confirmed. Odds changes after bet confirmation do not affect settled payouts.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the spider88 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate or fraudulent registration information.
• Operating multiple accounts or colluding with other Members to obtain unfair advantages.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or loopholes to gain advantage. Members who discover such errors must report them to spider88 support immediately.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses or systematically hedging bets to guarantee bonus withdrawal without genuine wagering intent.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud or financial crime through the spider88 Platform.
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party or allowing third parties to access your account.
• Any conduct that disrupts, damages or interferes with the operation of the spider88 Platform or the experience of other Members.

8Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

spider88 is committed to responsible gaming. The Platform provides all Members with access to the following responsible gaming tools within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum acceptable loss thresholds over defined periods.
• Session Time Limits: Define maximum session durations with automatic logout.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to the Platform for a defined period of between 24 hours and 30 days.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, public display or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the prior written consent of spider88.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, spider88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity, including losses incurred due to system interruptions, network errors or server downtime.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes or payout calculations that are subsequently identified and corrected by spider88 in accordance with these Terms.
• Decisions made by spider88 in good faith to void bets, suspend accounts or withhold funds in connection with suspected fraud, bonus abuse or prohibited conduct investigations.

spider88's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11Amendments to These Terms

spider88 reserves the right to amend, modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email to their registered address or via a notification on the Platform. Continued use of the spider88 Platform after notice of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

12Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the spider88 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which spider88 is licensed to operate. In the event of any dispute between a Member and spider88 relating to these Terms or the Services, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through spider88's internal complaints procedure.

Members who remain unsatisfied following the internal complaints procedure may refer the matter to the relevant regulatory authority under whose framework spider88 operates. spider88 will cooperate fully with any such regulatory review process.
